United States Steel Corporation provides its eligible, full-time
employees with a competitive and comprehensive package of
employee benefits. The package includes a variety of benefits
designed to meet the needs of its employees and their dependent
family members. The packages of benefits differ among the
various employee groups; however, they generally include health,
life, and disability insurance, pension benefits, 401(k) benefits,
vacation and holiday pay, as well as other benefits. Most
of these employee benefits are administered by the United
States Steel and Carnegie Pension Fund.
